Spots/rash on son

Sorry I know I’m posting on wrong thread but I previously posted on children’s illness thread and got no replies. My son is 10 and was ill last week of school-though temp, lethargic, headache, sore throat. He bounced back but then started with these lumps on his feet/ankles and a few on his hands. Could it be Hand foot and mouth?

I would say hand, foot and mouth too. The spots look very similar to when my daughter had it last year. I hope he is ok x

Thank you, I spoke to the chemist a few days before Christmas and he said maybe an allergic reaction. I was very 🤔 at that diagnosis. Thankfully he’s fine in himself.
