Contact numbers for women suffering abuse at Christmas

Judging by the posts there have been on here about Christmas issues this week, I hope everyone manages to have a lovely day tomorrow - Christmas Day can be one of the most stressful days of the year. Women generally bear the brunt of the workload, and VAWAG peaks. Fuelled by alcohol, fractious children, relatives wanting to interfere, forgotten batteries and over indulgence generally, our stress levels can become unmanageable.
Here’s a link to Women’s Aid

and another for further advice

and finally a help line number I hope no one needs to use.
24/7 NATIONAL HELPLINE NUMBER: tel:0808 2000 247 0808 2000 247

Much love to everyone at Christmas x
