I went to a shop the owner day. The owner was passive aggressive and said I kept dropping all the brackets on the floor. I felt shook up, it wasn’t intentional and she made out it was. What happened was the bracelet holder was insufficient and the lip was low and does not keep the bracelets on and there was a low down wide table in the way you had to reach over to get to the bracelets. I have seen others do this.

I left a review with suggestions to make it easier for people to reach the bracelets, as this didn’t the first time I have received hostility off this person. She gaslighted and still blamed me saying but you kept dropping them and said she was on her own. So I have to get rudeness because she won’t hire another member of staff at Christmas.

I don’t want to ruin a business with reviews but she was being awful to people after our interaction but then why should others go in and get abuse where they could see what happened to me. It made me feel like rubbish going in there and she does this every time treating everyone as though they stealing and making remarks to us. I wouldn’t mind but I have spent hundreds of pounds there before. I have been served by other members of staff before who no longer work there and they were lovely.

Ok so what's your point? Either don't use it again or do. Some people are stressed this time of year and maybe she has a serious issue with shoplifters.

But if you don't feel appreciated or respected as a customer just don't go back. Leave a truthful review if you wish. Without being rude obviously.

I’m pissed off at Coach - I ordered a bag for DD, it hadn’t arrived yesterday despite paying a tenner for delivery on Monday. I call them and they basically say they aren’t answering the phones 🤬😂 luckily it turned up today but what the fuck?

I think it was the fact she gaslighted and blamed me and took no accountability for the poor shop layout. I think I am best to just not shop there again, my custom is not valued.

It’s only cos I spent hundreds of pounds there before and don’t appreciate her negativity. I won’t shop there again.
