7th circle of hell. Sports direct and evri

Any thoughts or ideas.
First time for me that an evri parcel hasn't arrived. Their tracking shows the top of our street. And a generic photo not even of a shoe box sized parcel. I have put in a complaint and they are " looking for it".
I never normally buy from sports direct but it was the link that son in law sent. Obviously they have nothing on their website about parcels not arriving. I cant find any means of contacting them. Has anyone had similar/got a refund?

Ohhh you certainly have a cataclysmic combination there. No advice about retrieving the parcel, just lots of sympathy. To be honest I'd just send an email to begin the process, then forget about it until I have the energy to fight after Christmas.

Chat to them with chat bot service on Evri and also complain formally for all this inconvenience.

Same happened to me three weeks ago with an H&M parcel. Evri sent it to the wrong address in the street!

I got a 20% off voucher from H&M for all the inconvenience after chatting to a "live agent ".

I have no advise but can sympathise. I ordered from them and asked for delivery to a locker, so that DS didn’t see. They (either sports direct or Evri) decided to deliver to a completely different parcel shop in my town without communicating with me about it. I deliberately avoid that parcel shop because the parking is awful. It’s mad they can just decide to deliver wherever they want and call it correctly delivered.

Our local Facebook is a match-making service full of misdelivered parcels and folk seeking their parcels. There is a rogue Evri driver on the loose, evidently. So maybe try that?

I did bung something in the neighbour hood chat. No luck.
