I've listened carefully to the audio and he is facilitating opinions of meanings of 'Globalise the Intifada' from, it just means don't buy Israeli goods (😂) to calling for terrorist actions. Maybe part of the problem is, always looking for a "acceptable" meaning and assuming the best of people, when terrorists take advantage of that. They mean the worst possible meaning.
