To ask for help with my trivial christmas card dilemma

I live with DD16. DS19 is away at uni and hardly ever stays over. I also have a partner/boyfriend of 4 years who lives nearby and often stays at weekends.

My lovely neighbours are a couple with grown up children who don’t live with them. They have sent a card to coldiron and family and signed it from just the two of them.

For some reason (probably menopause) I am completely struggling to write their card. I have addressed it to both of them +family but I don’t know who to sign it from

Just me
Me and DD as we are the only ones living here
Me and DP but then I feel I am missing DD out
Me and DP and DD but then I am missing DS out
Me DP DD and DS but they haven’t even met DS and didn’t include their own sons names on their card

If someone could just tell me what to do that would be great.

Many thanks

Send it from you, DP, DD and DS ! They’re your family.

Job done.

Really doesn't matter. I've received cards signed "From Margaret and Bobby". Bobby is a dog... Whatever. It's just a thing people stick on their shelf for a week and throw away.

This is so true, I can’t believe the headspace I’ve been giving it

I would either include my partner and both of my DC, or just sign it Beer & Family. Sometimes with friends who are just my friends then I’ll do cards from me to them rather than from family to family .

Thanks everyone. You have helped me overcome the inertia and get the card sent next door. Fwiw I have put all our names on.

“The Coldirons”. Covers as many or as few of you as you like.

All the names is nice because then if they see your son they will think oh that must be Benji and then they have probably forgotten your DD's name so having it on the card is useful if they want to remind themselves of her nane etc.
