Worrying

I’m not on my period, nor am I due on. I’m 100% not pregnant.

ive just been for a wee, and I heard a plop, didn’t think anything of it until I wiped and it was a bit pinky. I looked in the toilet and there was a bright red blood clot. Has anyone had any experience of this?

My periods are regular , every 29 days . I’m worrying now as it’s some thing I need to worry about.

ive not long had scans, and all was clear

Sorry, what scans have you had and for what reason? If this is an ongoing concern, I'd definitely make an appointment and speak to your GP.

No need to worry but you do need to visit your GP take a urine sample with you. It could be any number of conditions but you won’t know until you go. My first thought was kidney stone or uti but it’s a guess
