I apologised and asked a buyer for an extension for a few hours as I wouldn't be able to get the package to the post office before 10am and they denied the extension and said not to bother posting. But they haven't cancelled the sale. I'm not sure what to do? Does it automatically cancel? Will I have a bad review when I tried to resolve it?
I fully appreciate it was frustrating for the buyer that the postage time ran out but we had a vomiting bug in the house with two preschoolers and I just wasn't able to get to the post office last week. It was a 6 hour extension.
