Could be down to stress and eye strain for sure - glad it's not hurting. It's basically an eye bruise and will sort itself out in time. Just be nice to yourself - limit screen time (sorry!) and if you want to wear sunglasses indoors then have a good celebrity disguise to go alongside... hope it recovers soon!

It's rough, I've been there, but eye rest definitely speeds up recovery and in the meantime enjoy people looking at you in your sunglasses and wondering: "Who IS she?!"
