Buyer problems

I have sold my flat in Scotland 2 weeks ago. After 4 days the buyer reported to my lawyer that radiators were not working. These were perfectly working until I have lived in the flat. I have asked to check the radiators with my plumber but never had any response back from the buyer. Scottish law says I should have access to inspect repairing within "reasonable time". What does it mean? How long should I feel responsible for? Thanks

Is the flat sold as in, contracts exchanged or is it sale agreed? If it’s the latter I would ensure the heating is working, the former I would say would be a buyer issue surely?

Scotland so it's missives that are concluded and once moved in the buyer has 7 days to find any faults that need fixed so OP is responsible.

Go back to your conveyancing solicitor, I’m not sure of Scottish law but I would doubt there would be any liability on your part after 14 days.
