in fairness pretty much every line off their first album makes me laugh.
and they're class live.

Stop - are they arseholes in RL? As they always seem to be in interviews.

was alexa chung with alex turner when you met them? then i'd be doubly jealous.

i always think they sound great in interviews, especially earlier in their career when they just sat their mumbling shyly about not knowing what to do now they were famous.

i didnt actually recognise them ....they had sayed over at a friends house and I was in the kitchen, one of them (lead singer i think) came in a bit deshevveled (sp) and rather sheepish, I just hought it was another spotty teenager type who had crashed for the night ...got the of my life when i found out who thye were lol

They're good, yes, but not great, I doubt they'll be one of the bands that are remembered in years to coem as great musicians, unfortunately I doubt any will though!
I get rather fed up of hearing them on radio 1 and everyone raving about them.
They also act like complete knobends a awards ceremonies.

I really, really, really hate the Arctic Monkeys. Soz.
