to expect Th***mps*n Hol*d***s to alter bookings on a sunday if that's what they promise?

I am fumin...... Booked a holiday over the phone on Saturday, without the name of the one of the passengers (DD's friend) and was told I had 24 hours to cancel or add the legal name of last passenger. Tried to get through on various numbers shown on the internet site on Sunday between 10am - 4pm. Only got payment people in far overseas place who could not help with my query. Simply accepted the situation, but when have phoned today (tuesday) to add 4th name - have been charged £51.50 to add fourth name. I tried Monday lunch time, but again got payment people only so gave up. THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE IT POSSIBLE TO RING ON SUNDAY AS PROMISED.... BE warned do not make bookings with this company and take the salespersons word that you can make changes or cancel on a Sunday. You have been WARNED.

Kick up a humongous fuss. I reacon if you shout loud enough, they'll refund you.

How typical that the only number you could actually get through to was the payments number to take peoples money - bet they bloody answered that number quick enough.
