To ask for sleep regression advice that isn’t co-sleeping?

My baby is currently going through the 4 month regression and it’s tough. We’re getting hourly wakes at some points in the night for a cuddle or occasionally a feed. He’s also napping for short bursts in the day but is clearly still tired when waking.
All the advice I see tends to end up being ‘above all else, co-sleep.’ I have many reasons I don’t want to co-sleep so AIBU to
ask for you for your advice which doesn’t involve bed sharing?

I didn’t think I’d cosleep but it turned out I prefer it to not sleeping at all.

We can’t co-sleep rather than don’t want to, it would be unsafe due to medication that is taken. Aside from this, baby only contact naps during the day and I’m already struggling with feeling touched out.
