Husband has a cold and for the past 2 days solid I have had to listen to him clear his throat every 2 minutes, if tomorrow was another day together I would be decamping to a hotel. No Sunday scaries here, I can't wait to get away from the noise!! Before anyone mentions it, no I am not very caring and sympathetic am I?

My husband started snoring in the summer. We're now in separate bedrooms which I never thought we would be. But for a few weeks there in August, 3am and no sleep again for the nth night in a row, I actually wanted to kill him.

Men don't get colds, they get man flu. That's why it's so rough and he probably feels as rough as a bear's bottom (having never touched a bear's bottom).

I fully understand! Mine just came upstairs to chat to me, left the brdroom then cleared his throat at the top then again at the bottom of the stairs 🤬. I even chatted really nicely to him about how it was frustrating me! Gaaaaaaaaah.

They need to let you know that they’re ill - just in case you forget. Wouldn’t want you to forget how ill they are now would they!
