Plumber issues , what would you do

Basically I have a septic thank , when I move in I was told it was just emptied so didn’t worry much . Anyway last week one of the toilets was backing up and I noticed one of the septic access was overflowing , I called someone to jet wash and clear the drains , they told me after 2 hours I needed a tanker as it would hose and suck at the same time so booked a tanker with the same company and paid a bill £260 for the first visit . Tanker came told me it was backing up because of the septic thank being full and emptied then jet washed the lines again , told me it was unblocked but there where a few tree roots so part of the pipe would be relined but all was working for now and would get me a quote . Went to use toiled today and it’s backing up . I’m annoyed . I paid £260 and they send me the bill for the tanker £600 so £860 in total and the main issue is not sorted
What would you do ? Am I being unreasonable for wanting term to return and not charge me any more .
Why didn’t the first guy coming knew it was the septic tank and wasted 2 hours of the fist thing he done was open the septic tank , and why say it’s all unblocked if it’s not .

I’d call and request the work be completed at no charge.
