I am moving from Lambeth to Croydon, with a 3 year old who is due to start reception next year.

We put in the offer for the house last week, things will get moving probably in the new year, but we won’t be completing until next year. We didn’t anticipate this move but the perfect house came up and we have decided to go for it.

We have viewed schools in our local area and are doing the e admission process here in lambeth, with the deadline of January 15th.

My question is, without proof of address other than sale/ purchase of house admin, can we put in an additional e-admission application to Croydon council?

No just one application per child , but you can include Croydon schools on the application. Some councils allow you to update an address within a short period of the deadline and it still be considered “on time”.

It would all be the same Pan London application anyway but you would have to use your old address

I think you can apply on your old address to the schools you want not get them but be wait listed and once you move and get new address move right up the waitlist
