To not have any idea about perfumes for 18 year olds

So what are your DDs wearing in terms of perfume? DD has asked for a new perfume - and said she’s leaving it completely up to me to choose (but would like a current trending perfume whatever that means?)
I am at a loss! Would you kind hearted people have any suggestions please? She’s not an overly girlie girl but does like to look (and smell ) nice if that means anything .

My DDs are 21 and 20 and have both requested replica perfumes for Christmas, one has got Lazy Sunday Morning and the other has Afternoon Delight - repeats from last year I think!
The older one also loves Turmeric Latte perfume from Lush.

My 18 year old niece wants the Kylie Jenner Cosmic perfume. DD (21) is in to the Sol de Janeiro perfumes.

Avoid the kayali unless you’ve tried , some are so hideous it’s untrue… the banana one is 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮.
my advice, choose one you really like too, you’ll be smelling it lots!

My 19 yr old uses kayali.

You can't go wrong with Miss Dior or Chanel Chance (the pink one).

I wouldn't go straight for the expensive Dior, Chanel etc perfumes at her age - and in case she doesn't like it. My DD, 19, likes the And Other Stories and HandM perfumes - vanilla/coconut type scents.

Yeah, sure there may be trendy names and brands, but the wearer still has to actually LIKE the smell from whatever fashionable range they choose! And that is the part nobody can decide for someone else.

(I am older than you, I am (was) a Poison girl, and my friends were Anais Anais, Lou Lou, Dewberry etc 😆- although I can't bear such heavy scents now!)
