To be panicking at spotting unrelated to period?

Can someone calm me down? I'm quite a few days after the end of my period -- the actual end, after all the brownish discharge has stopped too (sorry tmi). On Monday night I had sex with my boyfriend, all normal, no issues. This afternoon I noticed, after wiping after urinating, my discharge had some pink streaks in it. No pain or other issues. It's happened a few times and I'm worried. No chance of pregnancy and I'm not anywhere near ovulation.

Any ideas? I'm prone to health anxiety (before someone checks my search history) so trying not to rush to the doctor, but this has never happened to me before and the usual explanations ie ovulation, period blood, etc, don't apply.

I'm 33 and periods etc are all normal. My smears have all been clear and my last was last year. Long term relationship and all STIs ruled out.

Well at least give it some time to see if it remains! I get spotting all the time- when I was on the pill, when I got older, when I get stressed, all sorts. There is nothing wrong, it’s just hormone changes.
I would wait to see whether it continues before worrying.

Cervical erosion? If so, nothing to worry about, but best to see doctor in any case.
