irobot/Roomba – DO NOT BUY!

We had an older model which was amazing. Bought a new one – cannot get it to work. Absolutely no customer service – can't call to arrange a return, chat service isn't working, can't log in into account… I wonder if they're about to go under…

If it does then most of the smart features of the Roomba will stop working when they are forced to shut down their servers.

Yep, commiserations. I've had two, more fool me. Never again, but as PP says, I probably won't get the chance anyway as they have been in trouble for a while.
