Can I go back to the hairdresser for free?

Hi all,
I’m looking for a bit of advice after a salon appointment this weekend. I was in there for over 3 hours for highlights and a toner because my stylist had other clients in between. By the time we got to the cut, I said I only wanted a small amount off as I didn’t want to lose any length from my chin length bob.

She was really fast cutting my hair, didn’t show me the back at all, and the result is… not great. I should have a blunt, square bob, but it’s actually longer at the back than the front, and one side seems slightly longer than the other. I’m also guessing a bit of hair might have been tucked in when she cut it.

The bill was £££ and so I feel like I should be able to go back and ask them to fix it. AIBU to ask them to correct the cut for free?

Any advice appreciated! Thank you!

If the cut is bad, yes you should go back and ask them to redo it!

Can you take a pic and let us judge, it's hard to say

Thank you for the responses. I’m not going to take a pic, sorry.
It’s definitely uneven though. When you run a strand down between your fingers, if you know what I mean, one side ends before the other.

It won’t be a problem OP, just call them tomorrow and say it is lopsided and they will book an appointment for you to have it corrected.
