To expect my kids to be nice to me when I'm ill?

Light hearted.
After being around what feels like hundreds of people with colds / flu, I've finally succumbed to the lurgie.
DH is away and I feel awful, but such is life - the children must still be gotten ready for school!
Is it too much for me to ask them to just bloody get ready without me having to chase them round the house and ask them multiple times for every single step of the routine we do every fucking single day?
I even reached out to them telling them I'm poorly so please be good for me and just do what I ask.
My throat hurts and now it hurts even more because I finally snapped and shouted at them for bickering with each other instead of getting ready for bed like I'd asked them, about 50 times!
I think I should tell the Elves on them, and make them put me to bed instead - as their rightful punishment.

How old are they? Anything over 5 and they should have some empathy.
