I done a dla claim for my daughter February last year after every hunk she as been though they said no went to mri they said no been tribunal got to go again the 15th December they told me to do a new claim for after the dates the tribunal can work with as she went for 3 major operations in the time I was waiting so done that they received it the 25th September an rang this morning to be told hey will have to put me though to someone else as my claim back as been pushed behind my appeal for last year she said she is so sorry am as sent it over for a fusion maker to look at becous it hasn’t been dealt with the right way how long is the wait do you think

Can you ring back and ask how long it will take to deal with?

Have you sent evidence (medical history, assessments and reports) with your forms? Sometimes it’s lack of evidence that gets the claim denied.

Yes I have sent in since February last year 67 letters of evidence

I have just finished on the phone to them again to be told they putting me though to someone else

I think that perhaps you need help with the application. Have you tried the CAB?
