A week ago I came up in a full body rash (picture attached). It’s mainly on my chest, breast and stomach area and less on my arms and legs. My face is also like sand paper, especially my cheeks, eye brows/lids.
I went to the doctor’s on Friday and they just dismissed it as an allergic reaction and told me to take loratadine.
It’s continuing to get worse, as old patches heal, new patches are appearing. I’ve got a sore throat, very severe muscle aches and I’ve barely got out of bed all day. My period is also a week late (and I’m definitely not pregnant!).
I had strep throat 3-4 weeks ago and thought it may have been guttate psoriasis, but the GP said definitely not.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be or had something similar?
