Has anyone else had trouble with Boots online. I put an order in for some toiletries plus a smart watch. The toiletries arrived but no smart watch. Contacting Boots was so difficult, kept getting generic replies but now it seems they out sourced my order to another supplier and theyve said its up to me to contact that supplier to find out where my smart watch is. Sorry if this is complicated. I'm sure that as I have paid Boots for my order it sould be up to them to find my watch. I really just want a refund now as I don't trust them but apparently this is also up to the third party that I knew nothing about. Just wondering if anyone else has been in this position and if so what happened?
