child’s father been found dealing drugs

Hi,
I’m currently going through a legal process with my child’s father regarding his anger issues, abuse and also his cannabis use. The court has granted him visitation two days a week and requires a cannabis test by middle of December. However, this weekend i was out and was informed he was also out but has been kicked out of a bar for being found dealing cocaine (mid transaction). While I don’t have direct physical proof, I do know people who were present and have a screenshot of a group chat confirming his involvement. I’m concerned about whether this kind of indirect evidence is sufficient for the court and would appreciate any insights or experiences from others who’ve faced similar situations. I’ve also contacted CAFCASS and paused contact for now to ensure our child’s safety but concerned they are gonna dismiss it and say he can carry on as normal.

If you know where this happened you could speak to the staff, see if they'd confirm it was him and why they threw him out. They may not want to do it but you lose nothing by asking

thank you for your reply, i have spoken to one of the bouncers on the doors that night and i have a screenshot of his picture which was put in the bouncers groupchat and then him saying he’s been dealing but there is no actual photos of him doing it.

That's hearsay and inadmissable at court
