Why get a Celebrations advent calendar when you don’t like one of the chocolates

Think similar happened previous years too. Where people gone to SM to whinge about Bounty in their AC.

If you don’t like one chocolate of a range, don’t buy the advent calendar for these chocolates then! As Celebrations have 7-8 chocs you are guaranteed to get at least 3 of your hated chocolate

I don’t like toffee - due to fillings. Do I buy a Quality Street AC? No!

Why not just buy a tub of the chocolates, rather than buy a very expensive (comparatively speaking) selection of them in a cardboard pack?

I suppose you could get an AC with pictures instead… but what if you have a phobia of bells…?

You sound like my dad. We didn't get Easter eggs because a bar of chocolate was cheaper and had more chocolate. There was little joy in my childhood.

Or middle ground and you get a wooden or fabric AC to use year after year, and fill it chocolates/sweets you like. (We do this and always have done).

Yeah, that's totally different. You can personalise the contents and be cute and inventive as well as economical.

Because you do like the other chocolates. I don't like toffee either because of fillings but I still buy quality street because I do like the others.
