MedExpress Warning further to diabolical Experience

I am extremely unhappy with MedExpress and will not be using then again.
Mounjaro Order made 25th November at 20:36
Paid £293.94
Cancellation Request made 20:47 upon realising error with order
Mounjaro prescribed at 21:04 without any contact with me or request for proof of last prescription dose as had previously always been requested.
Further cancellation request made 21;09
Dispatched 26th November 15;21
Concerns reiterated since 26th November have not been addressed and there has been no acknowledgement to formal complaints made.
It is further concerning that having received the Mounjaro the shelf life is much shorter than prescription received from Med Express in August 2025 which raises further serious concerns as to where the Mounjaro has emanated from and whether there was a deliberate agenda to off load old stock as the lightening speed at which Mounjaro was reviewed and dispatched is mindboggling.
Despite raising concerns about breaches in clinical guidelines and lack of adequate process to cancel orders the response has been:
"We’re unable to accept returns for medications, so if you no longer need this medication, we recommend taking it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal"
Have made formal complaints which are yet to be acknowledged and according to more recent reviews unlikely will get a response!

I get Wegovy from them and find them great. Had awful experiences with curate but Medexpress have been reliable everytime.

Ok you’re pissed off you wanted to cancel and your cancellation email wasn’t read before they prescribed. I assume you’re an existing customer, what clinical evidence that’s new that you didn’t already provide? I see speedy service as a plus and I find med express poor and stopped using them.

So I’m not really getting your issue. other than you messed uo and are pissed off. And trying to make it worse about where the product came from or old stock is just a bit silly.

How did you pay? Send them one further email, get ChatGpt to help if necessary, advising you cancelled the order and want a refund. If they don't/won't, do a chargeback or contact the bank.
