Going through divorce while going through probate /inheritance

Has anyone gone through this? I would probably get enough from both to buy a small house or flat dependent on the area. Just wondering if it is too much stress.

That sounds difficult - would a good lawyer be worth it? Bevause surely delaying probate would potentially mean a bigger settlement for you? If the inheritance is in play surely that means it might be taken into account in a divorce settlement?

You may find it is considered a marital asset and you may have to include it when splitting finances. However if you inherited after separating it may be just yours . Do seek legal advice . And quickly .
