I feel lost

Long term lurker, occasional commenter.

I’m early 40’s, 3dc (ranging from 12-7) 1dh, I’m definitely experiencing early peri symptoms, have ADHD and a lower back problem that means walking and Pilates at home are my only exercises.

I’ve realised this week that I’ve given up on myself a bit. I’m not a priority to myself anymore but I don’t really know what to do.

I guess I feel a bit lost.

I probably have about £50 a month I can dedicate to myself but I don’t even know what to do. And whether money at this is the answer.

I’m about a stone overweight and am struggling with the noise from the weight loss jabs, but am too scared to try them, so am not sure why they are taking up so ouch headspace.

Not really an AIBU but am looking to get some thoughts on what you do as a pick me up, to feel better about yourself etc.

Does your back problem allow you to swim? A leisurely swim followed by a sauna or steam room is a lovely treat (for me – appreciate not everyone agrees).

As an aside I don't think you'd be eligible for the weight loss jab so you can safely shut off that noise!

Massage? Swimming?

I’m not sure what you mean with ‘struggling from the noise’ - do you mean you are on them or not?
