The £20,000pa benefit cap for families.

Does this still apply now that the two child benefit cap has been lifted? I guess it does as not mentioned in the budget. I guess this means many families who don't work or have disabilities will still be capped.

Do you think it shouldn’t?

Is the £20k taxable? The reason I ask is that if it’s not, I would imagine a working person would need to earn quite a bit over £20k to net £20k

I have friends on benefits and they get more than 20k?
