Wretched M&M dIrect - how to return??

Looked at reviews and decided to purchase a pair of shoes off M&M Direct. Bad idea. They've sent entirely the wrong shoes.

Of course you can't ring them. They have finally replied to my message saying I can return them offering me Evri or Inpost locker.

Which one shall I use please folks? Can't say I trust this system!

Inpost locker is probably most convenient. Seal it back up and just chuck in the locker. If you don’t trust it, take pictures but every time I’ve done a locker return as soon as the little door is shut it’s none of my business what happens after! Also you don’t need to label it etc the person emptying the locker does all that stuff

I have used them before and returned with Evri fine. I've found them to be fairly good. Paying for returns is a but shit though. Would avoid Brave Soul clothing due to sizing issues.

InPost takes seconds. Scan the QR code they’ll send you and put them in the locker job done.

I always return via Evri, never had an issue. I always add the return label to any purchase though. Refunds are paid pretty promptly too.

Yes, you will get a confirmation email from inpost. I’ve never shopped with M&M but any other retailer their systems talk to each other. X
