Not feeling any appetite reduction after 3 weeks on Wegovy.

I started on 0.25 mg of Wegovy 3 weeks ago. I wasn't expecting anything to happen after the first dose,but I've not noticed any reduction in my appetite after 3 doses. I'm approaching the 4th dose now and I'm really hoping to notice a difference. Has anyone else experienced this and is it normal?

Dp moved from mounjaro to wegovy and its not really working (he lost 3st on mounjaro but the price went up more than we could afford)

You're not at the therapeutic dose yet. A few people respond to a low dose but usually it kicks in when you reach the higher doses. Just stick with it and if it still doesn't work at a higher dose, then consider mounjaro.

I moved from Mounjaro (15mg, had been taking it 18 months) to Wegovy and am finding the lowest dose is having very little effect. It makes my cravings and food noise less rabid and a little easier to resist but nowhere near the effect I got from Mounjaro from the very start.

I have been on Wegovy for a while now (I have lost all the weight I want to and am now using it to maintain) and I didn’t get any appetite suppression at all until my third dose of 1mg.

Mounjaro wasn’t available in the UK when I started so my whole journey has been on Wegovy. It’s 100% worth it if you can push through for a few more weeks!
