To want to report what this man sad, but how?

Was in Aldi and saw a man in there with his son ? who looked me to be in his teens.

I walked past and heard the man say to his son ‘’if we get back there and she’s still laid down, I’m going to kick the fuck out of her’‘

presuming he meant his partner/sons mum? I saw him get into his car and know the number plate. I’m very worried about the woman and the boy he was with, who went very quiet and didn’t say anything. Wanted to report but don’t know how or who too without knowing any more details. He certainly looked not a nice person

I would report this. The police can do a welfare check.

You can call 101 non emergency line and report it to the police and provide the car registration number. Hopefully they will do a welfare check.

He could have meant a person or an animal.
