My 23 month old (2 next month) was given some chia seeds with yoghurt. They were dry and not soaked. Had a small tea spoon of the yoghurt and dry chia seeds.
I'm not so very worried about choking. They had them at 6.30ish and had a bath, had water in the bath etc.
