To want to report H?

So I'm in a real pickle. Living separately from H due to mental health and alcohol issues.
H picks DS up sometimes and takes to activity. Have found out this happens on and escooter.
Last night this happened. Dark, picked DS up on escooter and brought home. H was I'm sure intoxicated .
I got very angry and got gaslighted like I'm the crazy one. Called a Karen for saying that it's illegal to put a passenger on an escooter let alone drink with barely a light anc no Helmut. I don't know how to stop him using the escooter on outings at all. Do I report him to the police or what ? Help.

Yes report. And never let him take your son if you are sure he is intoxicated.

Yes report him. E scooters are illegal on public roads. (Unless it’s a council run scheme) and the police will take a dim view of him being drunk and letting your child ride on it. Although not sure how you prove it.

Yes, report him to the police. It's illegal to have a passenger on an escooter, not to mention if the bastard is drunk!

Obviously I wouldn't let him take DS. If I knew.
I have now begged him to stop but I don't know if he will so I am hugely at a loss as to what to do.
