Yodel AI bots are jeffing patronising

My Yodel parcel is 5 hours late.
Yodel has lost my parcel.
Yodel lost my details
Yodel found my details
Yodel told me to wait in all night

The ai chat bots are soooo patronising. You would at least think they would be nice about this.

And then it said it would be delivered by 9 and now it doesn’t recognise my tracking number.

And now it says it will be delivered by 9pm tonight but won’t give me a delivery window.

But at least the bot apologised and wasn’t as patronising as it was yesterday .

I had something similar when an overseas money transfer was clearly stuck in the systems as it hadn’t changed status in 2 weeks.

The AI chatbot said ‘some payments need to be checked by us so can take a bit longer than expected. Be patient and check back in a few hours’.
My response: ’yes but it’s been 10 working days!’
Chatbot ‘sorry it’s taking a bit longer than expected. Did this answer your question?’
Me: ‘No’
Chatbot: Do you want to ask another question?
Me: No! When will the payment be made?!
Chatbot: I’ve passed your query unto our customer resolution team who will respond to your query in 2 working days.
Me: AAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHH
Chatbot: Goodbye
Me (in head) : Fuck you, you metal robot twat!
