I get loads of compliments and people say I look well or ask if I’ve been on holidays etc. Are carbohydrates really that bad that reducing them greatly makes such a difference?

@EmeraldRoulette I’m reducing carbs as my skin always improves (mild acne) and looks brighter when I do this. Also I’m hearing so much lately about the benefits of low carb for your blood sugar.

I’ve done the same OP. I have debloated in the last month and I have a jawline again. I know it’s a lot of water weight but for me it goes on face and boobs and is really obvious. Aiming for a stone off.

Carbs don't make me puffy at all, cutting them out made no difference, just as well as I bloody love bread and eat loads of it. Normal weight, active etc.
