To change nail ladies?

I’ve been going to my nail lady for a couple of years. She’s nice enough, cheap enough, has a lovely colour selection etc but her working days don’t always fit around my childcare and she can only get me in for Christmas over 10 days before which is a bit annoying.
There is a new lady advertising who is about 5 miles closer to me, and her hours work much better. AIBU to change to her? Or should I stick with who I know?

Of course you should try out the new one. If you feel 'guilt/loyalty' to the original one just still use her occasionally.

You are paying for a service. If that service no longer suits, then you aren't tied into a contract! There is no harm trying the other one and see what she is like. If she is good, then I'd tell the 1st one that her limited hours just don't suit.

I can’t believe you need to make a thread about this

Just go to who suits you. Why are you feeling so guilty about it?
