Did my ex husband reactive my social media?

Received a message from ex husband stating that I’m still on messenger and suggesting I have lied to him about deactivating my social media. Yes I’m still on messenger but not on the social media side of it. I happen to find out that my social media has been reactivated. I didn’t reactivate it nore did I sign in to reactivate it. Is it possible my ex husband did this or have I some how activated it accidentally. He has downloaded spy ware on my phone during the relationship that I was unaware of plus tracked me that I was also unaware off during our relationship. He asked during a drop off why he couldn’t find me on social media and I stated I wasn’t on it. Google says to reactivate the social media side of things I have to sign in but I haven’t signed into the social media side of it. I find it odd that he happens to send that message and mention it at drop off like it was even any of his business.

What business is it if his, he’s your ex. He no longer has any skin in the game. Tell him to fuck off, then do whatever you want with your own SM.

Ex is the fundamental word here. Nothing to do with him.

I have changed the pass word as a precaution.

I don't think you can deactivate your Facebook account and still use messenger. You can delete one of the apps and only use the other but I think your account would still be active on both.

Maybe you selected the reactivate after a certain amount of days option rather than deactivate until you reactivate option? I'd say thats more likely?

You definitely can as I have. You can't delete you profile and still have messenger, but deactivating is fine. I've been deactivated since 2019.

Tell him to fuck off and that it’s none of his business! However I would check to see if he does have spy wear on your phone. He sounds like a controlling lunatic

I’ve just deactivated again and messaged is still useable. I asked a friend to find me on social media and I’m no longer there.

I'd go in, change all your password and security details and then deactivate again. Just for your own reassurance.

He’s blocked on everything. He seems to have a habit of making new profiles. My block list is essentially a long list of my ex husbands Profiles so in the end I deactivated it and kept messenger.

I deactivated 3 years ago and I’m sure I opted to reactivate it when I wanted to but it could be possible that I selected the wrong option.

1. Get a trusted IT nerd to check your phone for any spy software.
2. It's none of his business.
3. you can have a DEMA account which is deactivated except messenger account. It should not re-activate your account unless you have somehow managed to accidentally log in - easily done clicking on a link to something on FB.
