To not feel excited about new job

I quit my current job due to burnout. I have already received an offer and accepted a new job. I am glad I won’t be loosing an income for too long; however I can’t help thinking I am going backwards career wise; vey small company, part time, similar to what I did before my current Corporate job. It looks like I will have flexibility and autonomy but I feel I may get bored.

I don’t want something as demanding as my current job; but I don’t want something as boring as my previous job.

I withdrew from another process for a larger Company which seemed ideal, however their long recruitment process put me off and the fact I realised their hours are 9am to 6pm.

I keep going back and forward on whether I made the right decision.

I loved the buzz and energy of my current job, opportunity to socialise outside work, etc. I didn’t like my previous job as nothing much happened and I was bored to death.

Is this indecision part of menopause?
