Posting here for traffic. Has anyone successfully returned items to Halara from the UK and what were the shipping costs?

I returned an order a couple of weeks ago - shipping was £20, but it was quite a big order! Money was refunded to me quickly - within a week or so. Absolutely no problem with the return.

Oh that’s good to hear @rainydaysaway as it’s a large order I have also. They’ve offered to keep the stuff and give me a voucher to the full value but I have no need for the clothes and don’t plan on buying anything else. Thanks for info 😊

Was the return address in the UK?

I struggle with sizing so I am weighing up the cost of a return as their head office is in Singapore so even a few cheap items might not be worth a return for a refund.

There's lots of halara on vinted so you could always buy a pair from there to test the sizing and then order what you need from Halara.

Hi @MediumDwarf , yes I returned my order to an address in the uk. I paid for their return label and retuned all for about £3 if I remember rightly. They ask for pics of each item being returned which was a bit of a faff but I received my refund quite quickly so all good.

I bought a dress a couple of years ago and the fabric was awful. I started the return process and they contacted me to offer a voucher and keep the dress, but I said no. So they refunded the money and told me to dispose of the dress, which I did.

I can’t complain about their customer service even if the dress was awful!
