New allegations against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

Muffinmam · 03/11/2025 01:18

Last night an episode of 60 Minutes (Australia) aired and an allegation was
made that it wasn’t just girls who were trafficked to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor by Ghislane and Epstein - there were also young boys.

I’ve included the link below:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hk-9SfptZlU&pp=0gcJCR4Bo7VqN5tD

This allegation never made it into the book because the writer never had a second witness to concur. However, he revealed it in the 60 Minutes interview last night and 60 Minutes aired what is a defamatory allegation - which makes me think that 60 Minutes felt confident it was true (otherwise their lawyers would have killed the story). It was a very short reference but British Police need to interview Ghislane as to Andrew’s other victims.

Further, AIBU to think that the Royal Protection officers should be made to answer questions as to criminality involving Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor?

Also, how can Beatrice & Eugenie still support their disgusting father after everything we know? Do they not care about their own children? Particularly Beatrice’s young step son. Hopefully Andrew is not allowed anywhere near this boy.

I should say how some posters are doing this, not all.

Fergies fawning was possibly because he had dirt on Andrew. He was also rich and influential, just what she likes to rub shoulders with. She wasn't going to lose any advantages due to some allegations. I too hope Maxwell is bricking it every time her cell door opens unexpectedly. Give it time I'm sure she'll have some or other unfortunate accident.

Edited

Fergie was getting cash directly from Epstein, it was in her interest to fawn over him.

Princess Anne has had numerous speeding fines, failed to control her dogs and has spoken to plenty of reporters pretty rudely. She wasn't too pleasant when she met a group of students my family member was supervising either. Very brusque and clearly not terribly happy to be there. Perhaps having a bad day.

I think there is a huge danger at times like this of demonising someone like Andrew while trying to cling onto the idea he is simply one bad apple in a barrel of sound fruit.

He is uniquely repulsive, but his character and behaviour didn't come from nowhere. I think it's about time we started behaving in a grown-up manner and regarding the entire royal family with a far more questioning, if not completely sceptical, eye.

We like to fondly imagine we know all about their characters and personalities and private lives so we can create our own private little soap opera about them. The truth is that we don't know them. We will never know them. All we know about them is what they choose to tell us. Why do we keep falling into the trap of assuming they are all wonderful when time after time it is demonstrated to us that the reverse is very much true?

It may well be a result of the ridiculous gilded cage we build for one obscenely privileged family in exchange for them publicly performing in ways we find pleasing. That's enough to warp anyone. But it's interesting to see on these threads how people are finally accepting Andrew's awfulness while desperately trying to cling to the theory that the rest of the extended family is wonderful.

Personally, I find them all repulsive and the whole notion of "royalty" laughably primitive.

NumbersGuy · 04/11/2025 05:40

Unfortunately the nuclear bombshell that no one ever saw coming, is that with the eviction, Andrew is now free to sell family heirlooms, as well as anything not nailed down in Royal Lodge, as well as potentially writing his own memoir. With Sarah on her own and no fund from the King to see her on her way, she's hoarded everything since she married Andrew, including letters, jewelry, etc. (including secret papers from Diana) that she's mentioned selling to help support herself since she's having to support herself now. Unfortunately an anonymous Palace source was quoted today as being completely taken off guard since this was never considered during the eviction process, and there's no legal precedent to stop them since it's going to make the entire debacle "Spare" look like a children's story time.

Horsie · 03/11/2025 09:09

That's true, but she could have ordered Charles and William and the staff to do all the necessities.

I wonder how Prince Philip would have reacted to all this if he'd been alive and it had all happened when he was a younger man. He always struck me as basically decent and upstanding. Like the Queen. God only knows how they managed to have a son like Andrew - none of his siblings are sexual weirdos like him, either!

Phillip, decent? He certainly had a reputation as an upstanding (and prolific) swordsman. But I agree he was probably more of a meat and two veg sort of chap, so yeah not a weirdo like Andrew.

ArmySurplusHamster · 04/11/2025 05:49

‘Meat and two veg’ doesn’t mean what you think it does, unless you are suggesting that the late DoE disliked ‘messed-about furrin food’.

Catullus5 · 04/11/2025 07:34

I was wondering whether 'swordsman' was some kind of euphemism.

And why does Mandelson still hold his Lord title ?? He should be stripped of it because of his friendship with a known sex trafficker and paedophile.

He didn’t lie about it & ended the friendship when it was clear what sort of person Epstein was. It’s not the same thing at all.

So She sometimes behaves like a normal person then …

Of course Epstein will have catered for various sexual preferences for his friends. Epstein’s ultimate goal was to have dirt on people so that he could later manipulate them for his own benefit. He undoubtedly exploited young men as well as women.

One very senior former Labour politician, who is gay and who I’ve always found very sleazy, described Epstein as his ‘best pal’. He was a regular visitor to Epstein’s homes and parties. Join the dots. I firmly believe that EVERYONE who attended the island, the homes, the parties, were complicit either in knowing what was going on there or in taking part in the exploitation themselves. It’s a scandal that there has been no proper police investigation.

Epstein was convicted in 2008. They were friends after that date and Mandleson was urging him to get an early release.

A relative of mine worked at Balmoral for a few years. He loved the Queen, but...

One time, they were unloading all the items that had been driven up to Balmoral for the Royals' annual visit. (They were carted up in lorries, seemingly.)

He described seeing a pram with a baby in it - just being left outside 'the big house' to howl - with no one giving the baby any attention at all. Based on the time period when my relative would have worked there, it must have been Andrew.

There's no doubt that - in spite of the 'Queen's favourite' schtick - Andrew had a a far from normal upbringing. I'm not excusing him at all. I'm saying that it's unsurprising if he's a sociopath.

Remember during that time ( early 60s ) babies were put outside in their prams during all weather as it was deemed good for them .
Also the queen did not look after her children , and probably saw them for just a short time during a day .
That would have been a nanny's job .

Postcardsender · 04/11/2025 08:15

“Has had speeding fines in her 60+ years of driving and spoken sharply to reporters and once to a group of students (context unspecified)”

@Waryhiker The RF is not perfect (which large family is?) but if that’s the absolute best you’ve got on Anne, it’s very dodgy ground on which to build your case that they are all bad apples.

Yes, it’s Mandelson & he’s had to resign as Ambassador because of it. All widely covered in the media a few weeks ago.

ThisOldThang · 04/11/2025 09:09

Wasn't being gay Mandleson's explanation for never seeing Epstein's abuse?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 04/11/2025 09:24

Horsie · 03/11/2025 18:31

My opinion is that the press should have some proof before putting about these rumours. (An example would be a journalist from a reputable publication saying that they were told such-and-such by a watertight source who wishes to remain anonymous.)

I want SOME evidence before believing every lurid rumour that's served up. Only in the cyber-world is that considered a bad thing. 🙄

Edited

I agreee completely, Horsie but then you mentioned that none of Andrew's siblings seem to go in for sexual weirdness and I well remember Michael Peat tying himself in knots to deny the rumours about Charles which involved Fawcett getting his injunction

It was all very murky at the time and endlesss gymnastics took place to eensure nothing was ever proved, but then that's the family's MO if something untoward rears its head

Edited to add that, if you want to read further about this, you'll need to go to ex_UK media where the RF's influence doesn't reach

They think Mountbatten is a grand name.s

Phil the Greek's girlfriend mentioned upthread is a Countess Mountbatten of a non-existent country.

What an inbred lot.

Also worth remembering, on the Mountbatten Windsor thing, that both of those were non-existent too - each was invented because the fact the families were both German was deemed not to look good

Or to put it another way, more examples of them fudging the facts when the optics don't suit

Yes it was. But if it really transpires that Epstein was trafficking boys as well as girls, that defence is no longer tenable.

But unless victims come forward to name him, it will all just be speculation.

FluentOP · 04/11/2025 09:57

MyLittleCatMan · 03/11/2025 23:46

In my view Mountbatten should be further exposed. It is known what he did. Why has he not been vilified as he should be for what he did. It is because of his strong links to King Charles. He abused young boys. Why is there no outcry!

Absolutely. The cover up should be exposed.

Ukisgaslit · 04/11/2025 09:57

I saw another thread started about the ‘Dickens’ report and if Andrew was linked . This was a report from an mp in 1980s who bravely tried to expose child abuse carried out by people in power in the UK

Many of the files lost .

Several attempts were made to have inquiries- 3 times in a row the chair resigned . I have no idea why the chair resigned in each case . But there are Windsor fans on here ( not suggesting poster above is) criticising trafficked girls for not tackling the trafficking rings themselves .
Fuck off

She got ABB in her A-levels and a 2:1 in her degree, so she's brighter than many.

Yes, and she has dyslexia, diagnosed when she was in primary school.

Didn't Diana have at least one affair, James Hewitt springs to mind and she was selected to marry Charles. Andrew Double Barrel was seeing other women soon after his marriage to Fergie according to the new biography. The current genertion may well be different .

Diana was rumoured to have several affairs.
James Hewitt, James Gilby, s well known and good looking rugby star, and there was a rumour that she had been very close to one of her protection officers, who was moved to other duties, and some time later was killed in a tragic accident, if memory serves

Needspaceforlego · 04/11/2025 10:18

How closely would the daughters look at the relationships and friendships of their parents?
Their parents are hardly going to discuss 'small loans' and sexual activities with them.

I say small loans £15k might sound a lot but really to those guys its little more than pocket change.

ShenandoahRiver · 04/11/2025 10:22

It is a scandal that Mountbatten's history of sexual abuse of young vulnerable boys has never been investigated.
