Natural ways to boost energy – has anyone tried Ashwagandha or Ginseng?

Hi everyone,
Lately I’ve been feeling a bit drained and I keep seeing herbal options like Ashwagandha and Ginseng extract that are supposed to help with energy and mood.
Has anyone here tried them? Do they really make a difference or is it more of a placebo thing?
Would love to hear your honest take before I order some.**

Be very careful about ‘natural’ supplements. For example, ashwagandha can have detrimental effects on your liver. If you haven’t already see your GP as there may be underlying reasons for your fatigue that can be treated.

Natural does not equal safe.
