i brought a kettler bistro set. Delivery meant cancelling a day of activities and waiting until the night before for a 2 hour delivery slot. Goods arrived damaged, kettler agreed to replace ( no fuss, good customer service), but another day cancelled to wait in for the second delivery. Goods from second delivery also damaged! Kettler agreed to a refund but want me to wait in for a THIRD day so they can get the goods collected. They can't give me a 2 hour slot when a collection day is arranged ( as delivery /collection done by a third party). If I leave the goods on our drive, its at my risk and they won't right the good off. I really don't want to waste another day of my life, but i can't seem to find a way forward. Am I being unreasonable?
