Help with returns

Can anybody help me return a coat to columbia sportwear?
I dont have a printer, cant get through on the phone, just need an address please, thanks

I am not sure they give you an address. I think their returns are all UPS dropoffs, which probably means they give you either a label you need to print or the QR code.

I cant print of a label , so im stuck with an expensive coat!

There are ways to get things printed. Certain shops, libraries, etc often provide this service for a small fee. A request on your local Facebook page would likely be effective too.

It would be ridiculous to keep an expensive cost because you don’t have a printer. Worst case, it would be cheaper for you to buy a printer just to do the return label! But seriously - go to your local library or something and pay to print it there! Or ask a neighbour if they have a printer can they print it for you, ask on Facebook if anyone local can help you by printing it, ask a local business even! There are just definitely ways around this rather than being stubborn and just keeping the coat.

Which courier is the return label for?

It will be UPS as that’s what Columbia Sportswear use for their returns according to their website. Their FAQs state that asking if UPS can print the label at the drop off point is a possible option, if they are able to do that.

Yes so selected UPS drop off points you can just scan your QR code/bar code for your return and they will print the label. Same for example, Evri drop off points you can scan the QR code at the store and it prints the label for you (either self service machine or at the counter).

Can’t you just look up your local UPS drop off points and go to one with the label printer?
