There's a spot on my chin, one of those ones that's under the skin but feels like a bruise and it's really goading me to have a good poke about at it.
However, I am 55 and I don't squeeze spots and all that advice I would've given myself as a teenage I'm actually taking!!

I'm more than old enough to know better but I CAN'T help myself. Even though I always instantly regret it because I make something small and unnoticeable look truly terrible. You fully deserve that pride of Britain award.
