Four days ago I bought my husband and myself each a bar of chocolate . Mine was plain milk which he doesn't like and his is fruit and nut and its chocolate so I like it too. Anyway mine went within an hour of me getting home. The fruit and nut is still sitting in the fridge lonely very much on view but untouched. AIbu to take a piece, as DH obviously isn't interested? ( who would leave a bar of chocolate untouched for four days?) When legally can I take it back? Is leaving chocolate uneaten so long a red flag? Should I LTB ? If so can I take the chocolate with me?

Definitely not. He might be saving it for the weekend or when he fancies it. I was seriously annoyed recently when my partner ate my chocolate, didnt tell me, and so when I fancied it on Friday night, it was long gone.

Is this post a joke

I would be well pissed off if you ate my chocolate. Just go and buy yourself another one.
