Disclaimer- I am not a vegan -but I realised last few weeks I have a LOT of meals that are vegan/ vegetarian and the secret is layering the flavouring adding depth, textures.
I’ve just eaten an avocado hummus wrap with olives pearl peppers, lettuce and roasted artichoke- took me me minutes to make and was amazing.
yesterday for snack I gave my kids dhal puri- a south Asian snack I found the in the Tesco world food section- easy to make and not spicy!!
whenever I make fried rice - I add a vegetarian chilli paste - just elevates it -
