To ask if this is a good sign?

OK - I'm fishing for traffic here, as I am waiting in anticipation and I need distraction!!
I went for a job interview yesterday for something I REALLY want. I felt it went well, but they are seeing other candidates today.
Anyway, I just had a LinkedIn request to connect from one of the people that was on the interview panel. Do we think that is a good sign? Presumably if they thought I was awful, they wouldn't want to connect. But also, do we think they would ask to connect if it was going to be a 'no'?
Argh - I'm going crazy overthinking, so give me your thoughts wise people of Mumsnet.

although could be one of those people that are very focussed on their number of contacts!
