I ordered a couple of items from George at Asda. Got Mrs Denise B's (NOT me) trousers instead, phoned to arrange collection (not up to me to return!) & cancelled my original order.
My sister ordered a top for her grandchild from Next. Wrong item sent. Phoned to arrange collection & re-order the correct item. What do you think they sent? Yep, the wrong top again. She ordered one from a French company, no problems.. & my Temu orders from China are sent correctly. Neither of us like buying on-British goods, but what do you do?
Anyone else having problems? Christmas approaching, oh joy. Going to be busy..

I regularly order from UK companies and non UK. Never had any problems. Perhaps it’s just bad luck.

Alternatively, Christmas temp staff are currently training in these roles so there’s a higher chance of mistakes happening.
